Can you photograph products for our web store?

Yes: products on a clean background for the store and your listings, and in use for your site and your launch. The light stays the same from the first item to the last, so the catalog reads as one set.

Tell us how many products and where the images will run, and the written quote sets the image count, the formats, and the delivery date.

Can you photograph our restaurant, shop, or venue?

Yes: the room, the counter, the dishes, and the details, photographed when the room is set and before the doors open. The photographs show the place as a customer will find it, for your website, your menus, and your listing on maps and review apps.

Can people appear with the product?

Yes. A brand and lifestyle shoot puts the product or the service in use, with your own staff, your customers, or models you arrange. Tell us who will appear and where the images will run, and the written quote is built around both.

How much retouching is included?

Color and exposure correction are included on every job, and headshots and portraits also include skin smoothing.

Beyond that, retouching and color grading follow the creative standard: applied in a style and to an extent you agree to before the shoot. Object removal and other extras are quoted up front. Either way, the photograph stays a recognizable, fair likeness of the person or the product.

Does it matter where the photographs will be used?

Yes, so tell us: a careers page, a press kit, a product page, a menu, an annual report, or a campaign. The deliverables, the formats, and the crops in your written quote are built around where the photographs will run.

How is a shoot quoted when it has no set price?

Per job. Before the shoot you get the deliverables, the delivery date, and the price in writing. Tell us where the photographs will be used, and the quote is built around that.

How does booking work?

Tell us what you need photographed: on the booking form, by email at contact@snappedculture.com, or by phone at (480) 331-6252. We confirm in writing what you’ll receive and when, assign a local photographer to the job, and deliver the finished photographs.

There is one form for every kind of shoot. You don’t pick a photographer or a package; you describe the job, and we come back with the terms.

What do you confirm in writing before the shoot?

Every quote states, before the shoot, what you receive: the deliverables, the format, the delivery date, and the price.

Extras such as object removal, sky replacement, or virtual staging are quoted up front and disclosed in writing wherever they show in a photograph.
